About Kim E. Dougan
Kim Dougan, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. She joined the Lopez Clinic in June 2022.
Dr. Dougan provides her patients continuous, comprehensive, and compassionate healthcare. She loves family medicine as it allows her to interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Her ease in explaining complex medical issues and her approachability come from her 20 years of experience as a former Washington state public high school teacher. She enjoys helping people understand their health and how to make it better.
Dr. Dougan is interested clinically in adolescent medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, contraception, preventive medicine, addiction medicine, office-based procedures ADHD/ADD, diet and nutrition, chronic disease management, and life coaching.
